Galletto2 Clone - problems with software

i have about 13.1V on my galletto 2 and when i try to read BDM i get a error that pops up and the box just clicks. How to fix this?

you have to change 3 chips to original hitachi chips ... greetings

try in other pc see requeriments for work this tool

now chinesse seller recomended galletto whit dell610 no remember fake fake clone work bad
the last time i write whit this when chek i write in eprom in asce galletto write
support edc17 iron
st10 infineon etc etc
no remember all
