Hello, so I have been reading quite a lot on this forum in last few months and now I decided to try my first "light" tune, with your help hopefully :angel:

Golf Mk4 1.9TDI ALH 66kw (90hp) 210Nm 350kkm
New Sachs clutch and DMF (should be OK for around 300Nm right?)
New Timing belt kit
Checked injector balance with VCDS - two are around 0mg/str, one is around -0.4mg/str and another one is around +0.4mg/str, so that OK I presume?
What else can I check before tuning? I can log MAP, MAF, and turbo (specified vs actual) and look for any noticable deviation, right? Anything else I should check?

Despite a bit high mileage car is working great. Maybe there is a bit of "turbo lag" around 2000-2500rpm, or it could be just me, because other car I sometimes drive is 170hp CR engine and that one pulls a lot nicer through whole rpm range :?:

I use this car every day so I would like to keep it running for quite a few more kilometers/years, but I could definitely use a bit more power for increased overtaking ability :D . What I would gradually like to achieve is around 115hp and 270Nm. Is this possible on totally stock hardware? Oh, and any thoughts on "Dynamic EGR" tune?
