golf 4 1.8t m5.92 Unable to read so request ORIG file

Hello im unable to read the flash from this ecu but have been told I can write to it just fine

If this is the case then I require a original file for the car to tune? I'm not sure if its as straight foward as I am thinking. but worth a shot
