Golf 4 GTI VERY HIGH SPECS

Postby Xanathos » Wed Feb 12, 2020 6:34 pm

Hi everyone,
Just bought a Golf 4 GTI from Bulgaria, with the following specs:

- 2.0L stroker AGU engine
- Arias Gen 2 forged rods
- Wiseco 82.5mm forged pistons
- ACL rodbearings
- Cometic head gasket
- ARP head stuts & bolts
- 625cc
- 2.0 TFSI crankshaft
- 1.8 N/A camshafts
- Exhaust manifold custom
- Custom I/C
- Custom made Clutch (been told it can hold 600hp)
- 1.9 TDI gearbox (DEA code I believe)

- Turbo GT35 hybrid conversion with current specs:
- Inducer 58/83mm 8+8 spoons / Stock inducer 58/75mm 6+6
- Exducer 60/70mm 12+0 / Stock exducer 58/65mm 10+0

The map is very awful, boost starts around 5k rpm, AFR is rich as fuck (don't have a gauge yet, but I can smell it and car idleing is terrible)

You can see the dyno graph which was done on 3rd gear and before turbo gets converted (430hp with this setup, which not that good)

Please, people, take a look at the map, and tell me what you think. THANKS

I forgot to mention that I'm not the one who mapped the car, but some supposed "reputable" tuner in Bulgaria...

Tuned file is a big joke.....far away from a big turbo tuned file....even from a stg1 decent file...
