Golf IV AJM 110HP

Hi Guys,

This is my first attempt ever in tuning. It's for a friend's Golf IV AJM 110HP.
Car has been running fine for a few days with an older version of this tune, without any smoke and increased power.
It was, however, too harsh on the flywheel, so DW has been restored to original in all pedal position until 75% and torque limiter has also been decreased a little to current values.

Any advice on what could be improved? I'm guessing it is still far from perfect.

you have missing maps on Injection also try to check driver wish map and Injection phases also.

Do you mean the SOI maps or the Duration maps? I have both maps identified but have not touched them. The maximum IQ on both is 50mg, but the highest IQ my changes are going is around 54mg/stroke (based on torque limiter). Isn't the ECU going to extrapolate from the last column, or should I modify the last column myself in both SOI and Duration maps to say 55mg, and extrapolate the values myself? Original values in torque limiter were over 50 as well, but not by much (51mg/stroke).
As mentioned earlier, the car is running fine with increased power and no smoke.
For driver wish, what do you mean? I previously had that increased from 30% pedal position and over 1750RPM, but my friend said it seemed a little bit brutal on the flywheel, and a bit difficult for his right foot, as he barely needed to touch the pedal for the car to start accelerating, so I removed the lower pedal increase and only left 75% and above pedal position.
