Golf Mark 5 105 tune +helpp

here is a tune from a mark 5 golf I have applied hot start fix and also deleted egr ,

I am wanting to try to make it into stage 2 map or for max power from stock components as I believe its only running 150 bhp ish can someone help with this as I wish to learn from the values etc
