Hello! and thank you for welcoming me to this community.
I have been dabbling in modifying/hacking both mechanical and electrical systems of automobiles since I was a young lad. I've finally reached the point where all my vehicles are too new, and too complicated to "make my own" through my conventional means. So I am being forced to get with the times and jump head first into automotive computing/coding. I've been reading a lot about it for a couple years now, and am at the stage where I am ready to start investing in quality hardware. I am a very mechanically inclined and techie guy, but am by no means a programmer. I hope this community can handle all the questions I'll probably throw at it ;)
