Hardware to tune bmw e65 745d 2007 my

Which hardware is suitable to progam my bimmer? Car has two edc16cp35 ECU's and it's impossible do it by OBD ? I need to remove ecu's out of the car and open it to do reflash with BDM 100? Maybe is other option without opening ECU? Someone has expirience with that car?

I dont think they can be done trough obd, they arent on the list on my kess and new genius, my trasdata can do it with bdm

I have it on my kees list and i read ecu with this tool, but only one ecu and don't know which? Mpps read it too but it's not proper work i think...

Can I read and write these ECU's in boot mode with Kess V2 ?
