Hi,

I am new to tuning and want to refine the map on my R53 Mini Cooper. I am considering purchasing WinOLS, as I understand that is the preferred software for editing maps.

I would appreciate any comments on whether WinOLS is the best solution and if anyone has any tips on tuning the Siemens EMS2000 ECU in the R53.

Hi, WinOLS is the best software and I prefer only winols not any other crap. It is hard to use but most professional. Some others are maybe little bit more user friendly but faar away from advanced mode as WinOLS is.
