Found this forum after 2 Weeks of trouble getting my car back alive after flashing with "user friendly and safe" Powergate flasher.
Never got in touch with chipping before.

Long story short->

Bought Alientech Powergate with Stage 1, it bricked ECU, car won't start and no VCDS communication, "tuner" and support couldn't get it working. 2 days before vacation.
Took another car, 2 weeks later and no solution, startet to get it managed by myself.
Luckily found Nefmoto Flasher after hours off searching the web, and a nearly correct .bin and was able to get car back alive.

NO own .bin available!
Found a correct, I hope, .bin here and could flash it. Now Stage 1 is still a mission.
