Although I have some experience in digital electronics and a lot of programming experience, what I know about ECU's could be printed on a gnat's private parts. So before I go exasperating people here with basic questions, can I ask if there's a FAQ covering the fundamentals of engine control. (The FAQ linked to above appears just to cover forum techicalities.) I want to find out, for example, what a 'DDE' ECU is, and what 'MSA11' refers to?
