Hello everyone

I'm new to ECU's and mapping, but I'm eager to learn. A friend of mine is very active in this field and it intrigues me.
I myself am also working in the Automotive field, giving lectures about some topics and doing research on the data of CAN messages (reverse engineering).

I have looked into using .a2l's for datalogging (very briefly) and am using CANoe for my job.

Oh, and I have a fairly upgraded VW t3 syncro van:
1.9 TDI AFN, VN1749 turbo, 3 bar MAP sensor, custom intake, turbo drain sump system, FMIC, BOSIO 520's (to be installed), new cable loom, oil cooler, cruise control, improved gearboxes the VAN's completely stripped and painted, campervan interior, .....

My friend pointed me in the good direction, and I got to know the TDI world
