Trying to expand my automotive knowledge! I started on a 2001 B5 S4 using winols with kwp2000 and galetto with some direct hex edits. But much time has passed since then and I am now trying to learn more about my current car a 2016 B8.5 Audi A5 Coupe with a 2.0T CPMB FLEX Engine and a MED 17.1 ECU. I was able to make a backup of my current APR Stage 1 tune and flashed it to another ECU for reference, I do get some DTCs from security, but the ECU starts and runs the car fine. Have been looking into HP Tuners but wanted to learn more about the concepts and controls of the MED 17.1.
