Help is simos pcr2.1

I would like you to help someone with ecu simos pcr2.1
Written without becoming xeklidoma, with the result that the engine starts, we can not make a diagnosis, nor to write it again. the file went to write was correct.
the we can do to fix it again ..

OK, I need help with this ECU.
After eprom unlocking read flash via OBD two times ...OK.
Five good writings of moded files OK.
The next try to write after 100%, error writing, and after that ECU is dead.
No comunication via obd and no diagnostic anymore.
Boot mode reading and writing eeprom work.
If you can, Please help.

ECU
HW: CAYC
SW: 03L906023MM
SW upg.: 03L906023MM 9050
Installation: 1,6l R4 CR td

try and read the stock file back. sometimes this works sometimes not
