Help to choose the best ECU tuning software for Navara

Hi Guys

I have Nissan Navara 188hpm the ECU is a Denso SH7059
I got the ecu file using a K-Tag clone.
I tried to read my map with a ECM Titanium, But there are a lot of missing maps, or I am not using the correct driver or it doesn't work well with this ECU or else my K-tag clone is not reading correct this file.

I would like to know if someone already have tuned this ECU and what is a good program for beginners.

this ecu is a nightmare to get out of the car. i hate working on these.
