Im new to chip tuning but keen to understand how this stuff works

Hi I m also new in this stuffs for car electronic parts,
After research for some tools that can make easy job, I found these tools for tiny eeprom chip
Someone else has used this tools Eeprom pogo adapter to give advises? because I am think to buy some mainly for read / write onboard.
