I am Pieter. I'm from Belgium and i started tuning Saab benzine turbo's on the age of 19 when i started my studie's Car technologie in Mechelen. i have my own tuning company, and i started with diesel cars when i bought my E39 530D.
i recently considered of buying a 535D E60 and sell the E39 for parts. It made 275HP last time i put it on the dyno.

it has bigger injectors, bigger FMIC, Custome turbocharger 2566 (custom compressor wheel) and i converted it from automatic to manual with singelmass flywheel and twin sinterplate clutch. dit allot of other changes as well, custom whiteline bushings eibach and bilstein from the 540i ec ec.

i have a Saab 9-3SS 1.9TID with about 215HP now, and i am waiting on my stage 1 turbo for making more hp and mouting Water/meth. I have built a Astra 1.9cdti with bigger injectors ec, this is the next stap for my own car that will be used for trackdays when its finished. and i have my E60 535D

i thought this place would be good to share some knowledge. and tips and tricks.
