I'm a mechanical engineer and i want to learn more about electronic control units, how they work and how to improve performance by changing maps.

the reason i registered to this forum is that i found out that there is very usefull information(mostly) about VAG ecu's.

I know how to read and write ecu's , now i want to know and want to learn about changing maps so i can actually make differences.
