How do I raise rev limit on E60 M5?

Hi,
I want to raise my rev limit on my M5 a little. I have the ECU file, but don't know how to edit it or find the parameters to edit.
It's a .MOD file.
My car is tuned and supercharged too.
Any input would be very welcome! :)
