I have downloaded few ECU dumps, the files are not having any specific extension. How do I program the ECU? What software and Hardware can I use?
Can I use BDM100 to program it?

Have you downloaded files from your car or internet? Suitable hardware depends on your car.

The tool depends on the model of ecu. The bdm 100 works for edc16 sid801 or sid 803. But you should not write files coming from internet.
