How to tune car with vacuum actuator turbo control

Hi guys, i have a small dilema :? . I have not found this question on Internet. I am looking for some alfa 156 jtd and now i have opportunity to buy one alfa 156 2.4 jtd 136hp version with vacuum actuator turbo controll. i love this cars and i want to increase her power approximately 20%+(it will my small beast). I can increase fuel only little because it will smoke without more air. And this is my problem. How is ecu remaping make in this turbo controll systems? It have in ecu all turbo maps. I am grateful for any help. (sorry for english :roll: )
