Hey guys,

New to the forum and new to tuning. I'm just an old engine builder by trade, trying to learn new things.

I enrolled in the Tuning School online and have picked up enough info to lay some ground work for my tune but admittedly need some additional help and experience in order to get things dialed in correctly. I am finding the school's "help ticket" system to be quite frustrating as I wait for two to three days on average for a one sentence response to my questions. Calling the school has not been a huge help either as it seems the majority of employees are not capable of answering my questions and the ones that are tend to be busy teaching in-person classes or online tutorials.

I have a little experience with ATI Vision 3.5 engine management software but have never used it for over-the-road type of applications. So, this is to say I am not totally blind but suffice to say my 5 yr. old can use a tablet better than me. I am looking forward to learning some stuff from you guys. I have read the rules section and some of the FAQ's and will try to follow the protocol as best I can.
