Hyundai Elantra 1.6T Overboost (limit needs to be raise)

Hi, I have a tuned 2019 Hyundai Elantra 1.6 turbo, but when the turbo goes over 21.4 psi it goes to limp mode and the DTC P0234 code appear. I know that the boost pressure can be lowered a little, but 23psi is a safe boost pressure with methanol injection kit. I need to raise the Overboost limiter to at least 26psi. Tune file attached.

Easy! ask your tuner that made the file to do it for you.

Already do that and they told me that can't raise the overboost limiter. The remedy was to turn down the boost. That is the easy way.

Of course it can be raised with proper remap

Already do that and they told me that can't raise the overboost limiter. The remedy was to turn down the boost. That is the easy way.

Then he isnt a real tuner! Either they should help or refund you
