I need help with finding what is in these tables

Here is the bin file. It is a MH8302-F Processor for a USDM 06 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. I have located 7 tables with ECU options in them, which the table looks to be the same between our eclipses, evo's, lancers, and galants. They are probably the same in other markets too then. I need to know how to figure out what is stored in these data locations so I can turn on or off what is stored in each location.

The first 7 tables that are together are 16x1 tables. They have things like Diagnostic codes and things stored in it. (I don't know what specifically and where in it, but I would appreciate if somebody could tell me how to figure this out)

Also, Another Table with a bunch of procedures stored in it (again I would like to figure out what is stored where and would love to be taught how to figure this out)

The first 7 tables (16x1 tables) I'm talking about are stored in addresses 826e, 827e, 828e, 829e, 82ae, 82be, 82ce.

The last table (16x30) I'm talking about starts in address 3c3fc.

Evoscan.com has this info for the first tables, but I want to find all of it.

Once you've opened the file, add the following text, just before the line at the end that says </rom>:
