Your file do not work, the two bytes modified to immo-off are good, but in the eeprom checksum calculation is not correct.

i have received an ecu for a skoda edc16u1 which is has a fault they have fitted another ecu and used immo kill (eobd) to get the car started it now runs but has a immo light on and no comms with engine ecu. i have received the new one and the old one swapped the eeproms over but now it won't start shall i just kill the immo chip ?
ps it now has comms but no start according to the auto electrician i usually stick to vauxhall ecu cloning

You can not just swap epprom you have to clone ecu with BDM, or immo off it read on external programer 95320 post dump here I will immo off it for you, and the second ECU that they put in communication problem are not cause immo of it has internal failure, I don't throw it to garbage I need them :shock:

i will mail them across tomorrow the ecu has had a immo off already it worked just had no comms and loads of lights on the dash
i swapped the eeproms over from the original to try but no luck.
i have read the eeproms and I'm pretty certain it states that its corrupt when putting through immo killer
i only need to get the car started now as its going in the auction i could ask for the old ecu as i gave it back and your more than welcome to have it for spares.
