I never worked with key but wanna upgrade my garage, every now and then someone comes and ask can I make a key I mostly work with european cars made from 1998 to 2012 year.

I saw that mini zedbull and sbb are pretty cheap, my question is will they work with golf 4, golf 5, astra h and similar cars?

Or can anyone suggest what tool should I buy for keys and what for remotes, also what transponder types I need
