Calculations for 20% increase in HP and 17% in Torque.
Engine: 1.1 Crdi 75 Hp/153 Nm
Target: 90 Hp @ 4000 RPM/ 191Nm @ 1900RPM
Calculations gave me:
90Hp @ 4000RPM with sfc(.38lbs Hp Hr) = 43.104 mg/stroke
191Nm @ 1900RPM = 51.36 mg/stroke
Pressure Ratio of 1.845 As per GT1544 it´s well inside efficiency island.
Didn´t change Smoke maps (they supply enough fuel for this remap)
Maps that I changed:
EGR hysteresis zeroed out (shut as per log)
1C177E DW
1CDBFA Torque limiter
1CE150 Max IQ per % Pedal (100% to read 55mg/stroke)
1E74F6 SVBL
1D06CA, 1D090E, 1D0B52 Nm to IQ (interpolated values to get at least 52mg/stroke at 191Nm)
1EED72 Rail Pressure Limiter (inserted 50 and 55mg/stroke, was limited to 40 mg/stroke)
1EF32C Rail Pressure (inserted 50 and 55mg/stroke, was limited to 40 mg/stroke)
1E70B2 Turbocharger Pressure (inserted 50 and 55mg/stroke, was limited to 40 mg/stroke)
1E72E6 Turbocharger limiter (changed to cope with previous map changes)
I think that 1D2088 is limiting my fuel demand.
