Ktag Clone Repair

Im sorry if this is against site rules but i keep seeing a few posts about them. Does anyone know how to fix a ktag clane that has connected to the internet and updated. Keep hearing about a new unformatted sd card and some files. sorry again if this is not allowed :silent:
