I would also like to find that. I bought one from oldskulltuning for a reasonable 20€ but it looks like the factors and offsets are not really in order. It finds the maps for:

Oil
Ignition 1 (offset is wrong)
Ignition 2 (offset is wrong)
Fuel vs TPS
Fuel VS crankcase pressure
Target lambda

Must say that i am happy with oldsskulltuning, got a fast reply on my questions about the offsets. Great customer service.
