Lost in maps...

Trying to make a fine tune to my car, but now having trouble of identifying some maps... Could anybody help a bit?
P.s How do I find the axis for all of the maps? Factors?
ECU: Siemens sid804
Car: Ford Fiesta 1.4TDCi

Found maps:
