Magneti Marelli 8GMK + downpipe Giulietta

Hi,

I have 2018 Giulietta 1.4 MA 150 with MM 8GMK. I wonder use decat, Air Filter, Intercooler etc. before program.
Can I install downpipe decat and lambda faker like in older models with MM 8GMF?
I found some info, that in some of euro6 prepared ECU i'll get Limp Mode. It's true, or can I prepare car step by step with chiptuning at the end?

I want to do this step by step, install parts one by one and earn money for remap. I'll try to do this by myself or pay for help.
I need also buy hardware for read/write 8GMK, what isn't cheap as I know. second thing is to buy some knowleage, how to proper tuning this difficult soft and how to disable 2nd lambda ;)
