Map file for 5 and 6 speed Gearbox

Just a quick question out of curiosity really.

If I had 2 vehicles that were identical in every way, except for the fact that 1 had a 6-speed box and the other only 5, would the Map file be different?

This is totally hypothetical.

As it's Hypothetical so I didn't think it would matter, but let's use a Peugeot 2.2 HDi
