Has anyone seen a map like this before? Looks like some sort of limiter but not sure what it could be.

Found in an EDC16, axis appear to be temperature of something by temperature of something and the values appear to be %.

The values are red as I am comparing some tuned binary with an original and am trying to understand WTF the tuner has done and why?
