ME7.5 is it safe to run??

hi there i got this from mhhauto.com ofcourse its not professional is it safe to run this tune any opinion ?????

this tune comes from a free tuning database..

Its safe but dont expect much.

lambda not touch
kfmirl max load is 200
kfmiop not touching full load....

can do more!!
