Mercedes W211 280 CDI 190HP please rate

Hey guys,

my brother recently gave his car to a tuner and he said now he has about 250 HP.. It was not really expensive so I do not expect it is a good tuning. Please rate it and say if you would drive the car with this file or not. Thank you :)
