Mod, possible damage engine ? AR 159 JTDm 2.0

I have a question for advanced users.
Attached is a software of the car AR 159 2.0 JTDm. This car has been damaged piston. There are three identical cases after execution of modification. Is this software could be the cause?

It's not my mod. I put here it only for analysis by other people. This mod potentially damaged four engines. In every is damaged a piston.

Someone have tried some hard mod? Strange mods and really black smoke is calculated....
