MPPS - MED9.1 Problem. (2.0 TFSI - BWA)

Postby amk2vr6 » Mon Aug 04, 2014 3:51 am

2007 Seat Leon FR 2.0 TFSI 197hp - BWA engine. With DSG. Uk model.

I'm using a clone v13 lead, and can read ECU ID which shows HW and SW details etc.

But come to Read ECU and I get the following error -

Note that underneath it says 'service not supported in active diagnostic mode'

Any ideas chaps?

Cheers, Tony.

OK, so realistically the clone lead should be able to do it as well.

Not sure what to do next then. Do I purchase something else, and if so any suggestions as to what?

Clone is good - you where right the second time.

Remapped by REVO uk, with use of a SPS switch. However map was turned off by the SPS, and the car sold on without it. I took it to my local REVO dealer, and they charged me a tenner to switch the map back on :)
