After unfortunate episode at work I had to change jobs and thought I would take this up as I had my car tuned three years ago. I know I paid through the arm and leg for my tune so obviously there is a market here.

First thing is first I have a kess v2 slave I believe.

From research I believe the kess slave can only be tuned by a mapper with the master, which is fine, I don't want to deviate off that track. But I do want to know what is happening behind the curtain. What does the wizard do?

I also believe that any reads I do NO ONE can read but the paid master?

Please correct any of my knowledge if it's misinformed.

The reason I have come to the site is to maybe find a tuning program and some dummy files to mess with (I use the word mess in a very light heated sense) I would like to know all the ins and outs of this business, so when a customer asks me any questions I know the answer to and not stand their scratching my head.

Later down the line maybe purchase a different piece of equipment that will work better for me in a master role base on the info and advice I get from here

Lastly for joining, and most importantly, making new trustworthy contacts, maybe some people that I have in the phone book and could text if I'm stuck, or forward one of my super funny/dumb ass jokes

Anyway that's my intro, do I have to now do some blood brothers hand shake to get the special stone cutters ring ;-)
