New retune: Peugeot 406 2.2 HDI Saloon 215 HP, 422 NM

Rough set up, needs little fine tune :D to fill out the little gaps ;)

Peugeot 406 2.2 HDI Saloon, YEAR 2002

290.000km on the clock.
Consumption from 5.7 L/100km up to 7.4 L/100km
Acceleration from 0-100km 6.9 seconds.

Upgraded hardware:
only MAP sensor (can measure 3bar) and RAIL sensor (can measure: 1800bar), Single mass flywheel.

Stock max power: 130 HP
Stock max torque: 315 NM

Remapped max power: 215 HP
Remapped max torque: 422 NM

Very good work ,7sec/100kmh for an old Pug is impresive.
What strikes me is air temp.22gr.C, and in particular air humidity 20%,I found this data only in Queenstown-South Africa.Out of curiosity, where the test was made?

Hi :)
test is made in Slovenia at very conservative dyno.

Outside temperature is pretty lower than temperature inside the room where test was made.
(I am not pretty sure when the dyno stored the data about temp/humidity before test or when test starts and door open)

Temperature is accurate, about humidity - heated rooms by radiators have less air humidity.

Measurement is very precise - dyno matches calculations.

Have to fine tune some gaps came out because of N75 calibration from 2500-3000rpm.

I take my hat off to you Srdan. I uploaded ryanmr2's IQ93 file for him and it's an awesome piece of work.

When you've fine tuned this 215 bhp file will it be for sale?

Also, where can The uprated rail and map sensors be bought from?

Even with the extreme tune currently in my coupe I can't seem to get enough of rear mirror shows, with other cars left behind 8-)
This tune would definitively send my clutch to the oblivion..

it is not a secret, because for that kind of tune,
there is engine specific mods, so every car has different tune to achieve this.

No problem if anyone wants it, it will be done. ;)

Engine has to be in perfect condition.

You would need this:
VAUXHALL ASTRA H MK5 1.7 DIESEL 1.7cdti 0 281 002 398 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR

and this
VW Audi TDI MAP Pressure Sensor / Thrust Sensor 038906051C 0281002401 ASZ PD130
