Newbie saying hello and help!

Hi everyone
New to this forum hoping to unravel the intricacies of the ECU and what I can or cant do with it.
I have a Tamora with a Life Racing ECU. Just trying to learn my way around it, anyone on here using Life Racing and familiar with their software who can spare me 5 minutes of their time? Only basic stuff at this stage.
