OBD Flash with 5054a

Hello togehther!

Is ist possible to Flash ECU's with the Original VW Audi Diagnostic Tool?
I work in a VAG Workshop. and there we can Flash ECU Files for an Update or to replace With ODIS/ VAS-PC
Maybe so i can read a Flashfile from the ECU and can save it on the PC to Import that in a Editingtool.

Have Anyone experience in this Way?

I dont know... It is an Original where we work with every day in our Workshop... and there we can flash/reflash ECUs.

you can only flash manufacturer updates just to fix software bugs or upgrade ecu versions....i am working 20 years for official vag group workshops and i have flashed thousands of these updates...nowdays all the updates are online, before some years via cd's.......all the files are encrypted and have a certain suffix(sgm,sgo and go on).the sgo files you can convert them to bin via sgo tools-extrctors......
