Opel Combo 1.7 DT with turbo swap and intercooler

Hi,

a friend of mine has a combo C which originally has the rarer 65hp 1.7 DT engine (without intercooler). The engine now has an intercooler and a larger turbo. We have flashed a stage 1 tune which we found for the 1.7DT engine, this is already a decent improvement over stock, i think we are around 100hp now.

The problem is that this assumes the engine is still standard without intercooler etc. So the tune is restricted because it is assuming this.

This engine uses Delco lvp 4, is it possible to flash it using maps from delco lvp11 which is the DTI engine? Does anyone have experience in this? This would be quite helpful as there is more info on the ECU for the DTI engine and I am still very new to the whole finding maps thing. Changing parameters is not a problem I have experience with programmable ecu's but especially with this Delco lvp 4 ecu I struggle to find the maps.

I attached the original file just incase anyone is interested in helping me out :D but if anyone knows if I can flash the ecu with the DTI maps that would also be great!

Lpv4 and lpv11 are similar but u can not flash one on the other. Personally I don't not think that maps are different between car with intercooler or without. I can help you find some maps. I had hard time with this ECU

thanks some help would be great!!! i am really struggling :(

I read that it must be a LVP11 ECU because the file I downloaded from his car is 256k and lvp 4 is only 208k file.

There seem to be many software versions for this ecu and they all seem to have maps in different place. I spent a few weeks gathering info for dyrx software version hoping it would help but none of the map addresses work for the sw from my friends car, which i believe is DNBC.

any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

First I am searching for the basic maps

Boost target
SVBL
N75
SOI
Drivers Wish (I think I may have found it today,28x17 address 360B6?)
Injection Duration
Smoke Limiters for MAP and MAF

Im not sure if there are any other limiting maps in this ecu.

To delete EGR i have read there are 4 places in the DTC table 0400? the EGR and the EGR calibration map. I have no idea where these are though.
