1)EGR off DONE!
2)DPF off DONE¹
3)More power ....in progress..
4)Launch control
5)Hardcut limiter (maybe...)

Here i go again¹ After few months i realized that my car is lack of power (stock). EGR blanking and programming, and DPF removing and programming did not solve power problem. Checked everything, but still can''t find what is bad with my car. Swirl''s are ok, MAP,MAF and other sensors are ok.. After few days i checked injectors, two of them are tottaly bad, others two are good, but they have very low flow parameters.. about 51mm3/ st (normal range is 50.5 - 67.5 @1600bar) . So i have bought 4 used injectors, all of them have 61-62mm3/st flow at @1600 bar . After changing, car run much better, but still not so good as it should. Do not know where to look now... Maybe anybody can point me into the right way ?

My file:
opel_edc16c9_full.Bin

So, readed my file using MPPS V16. Trying to find and understand maps before editing it. What i want to hev in final result :
1)EGR off
2)DPF off
3)More power
4)Launch control
5)Hardcut limiter (maybe...)

Starting from first one. Because this is edc16, so as i know EGR can be turned off using 4 25x1 hysteresis and turn off DTC + mechanical blanking. It is correct hysteresis in the picture ? I need to make red lines to 0, right ? Also, found DTC table, i need to zero DTC switches where is 0400 fault code (found 5 of them) ?

Hello all. Here i am with my opel again :)

Ok..all the mechanical problems were solved. The reason of lack of power was MAP sensor. Diagnostics has shown that sensor is good and readings are also good, but when i removed sensor, it was very dirty...cleaned, and everything is very good since then :)

Now i want to do launch control for my edc16c9 opel ecu. Any experience with this ? As i know there is not specific map for launch control. How to do it in other ways ?

Set the neutral torque limiter to 0 NM at the desired RPMs then let it rip.
