First of all, I'm learning!
I also want to remap an AVB, already worked on it but not finished yet. Too much questions that need answers.

Looked at some of your changes and first things i see:
- only injector duration 1.2 and 3 have been changed, why not 0,4 and 5? (In general, just read that it has to do with temperature)
- it seems that you're asking a lot of your turbo (VNT15) As i read in specs of it normal pressure is 18 PSI (1.241bar) and peak boost 20 PSI (1.3789bar)
- the smoke limiter map has been changed on a strange way for me. Suddenly 65 mg/stroke on every RPM and airflow from 600 on

1. Take a look at duration selector.
2. I think that's max for this turbo. Anyway Im going to change it in 1-2 mont, so I dont care about it :P
3. Take a look at map limiter - that's my smoke limiter.

Thanks for your answer! So I can learn something by asking stupid questions ;-)
1. I don't see anything changed in selector for injector duration
2. ok
3. didn't see the changes in the map limiter but now I see it. Question : why doing this in this map and not in smoke limiter?

Selector is not changed. Take a look at it, and see when injection durations 0, 4, 5 are used.
Smoke limiter is a MAF based map. My MAF is really bad, so I turned it off and used MAP based map.

Map its okay.
I think you can extend duration to 65 and add more duration to the last column.
Is too much difference between dw, torque and duration. 75 > 65 > 60. Actually duration maps should be somewhere around maximum fueling.

juice is not bmw dde 3.o
dont need change axis to 65 only change injection max 12-15%
but smooke map very bad,
use AFR map to calculation and ratio 16:1 up to 500 mg/str. and you have power.

If you just add duration on stock X axis you will decalibrate injection maps, and 60mg(stock value) with more duration will be actually maybe more than 65 mg, well try it to keep it real.
DDE3.0 bmw is same shit like VW edc15, same bosch but injection system is similar to 1.9 TDI ASV and ALH or audi a6 2.5 tdi.
For PD i said correctly to extend maps, a good and correct remap is made with proper extrapolations not just add a percentage to last columns.
