Peugeot 1.6 HDI maps to tune

Postby user202 » Mon Mar 11, 2019 11:59 pm

Hi Forum Guys,

I have a question about 1.6 HDI PSA diesels.

My friend has a Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI 110 Hp non-DPF version from early 2005 no facelift.
My question is that which maps need to tune to reach about 300 Nm and 140 Hp+ with all engine components are stock.

Also would like to know wheather is there are any EGR switch in the dump? (I make zeros the 2 of the hysterisis but I think it is not the most proper way to EGR off) :)

The maps I was modified:
- DW (both)
- Torque Limiter
- Engine torque limiter
- Turbo Limiter (f.temp??)
- Main turbo map
- Boost limiter
- SVBL
- Lamda Value for Smoke Limit
- Temp limiters for I.Q limiting

Does it need to modify other maps?

When I made logs with PP2000 shows the turbo pressure reach the required 2300 mbar around 2500-2700 RPm why this late?

Thanks for the helping! :D :D

Just for information about, maybe it is help to sy. The car remapped 3 or 4 times by obd, before it I made BDM backup. No problem by OBD just let it wait 3 minutes after write and 3 min after ignition on then start.

The map I made is feeling good decent power and torque.
The turbo pressure which I mentioned was bad caused by turbo pressure regulator N75 valve. It has changed and works as it should
