But I have edc16c34 fiesta 1.6 tdci
Is it possible to have popcorn limiter?

Not to be rude but everybody asking for popcorn rev limiters are obviously only here for that, why not use the world wide web or the search function to gather the information required to do it, it's not hard and literally takes 2 minutes to do on any Bosch EDC system diesel engine, either torque limiters or SVRL
