porsche cayenne 4.5 turbo me7.1.1 not possible to write (no

Postby dreconx » Tue Aug 24, 2021 4:06 pm

Hello guys,

Im having this strange problem with this porsche me7.1.1 ecu.
When trying to read with ktag(clone) i get the message that i selected the wrong protocol and should choose protocol 48 me7.5.
i know ktag sometimes does that so i try the other protocol and left the pinout as me the me7.1.
Now ktag reads and does backup off everyting. But when trying to write modified file its stuck at 18% and crashes.
So i switched over to mpps and connected bench mode, ecu does not wake up.. (but in ktag in responds)
Now i searched for this problem and i have read you should put pin 24 to ground for 2 seconds and hit power, did this and still no responds from ecu.
After i flash with ktag i have 1 chance to write with mpps but that gives me the message conditions not met.
Now ktag writed a corupted flash into the car and wont start anymore..

Anyone had this problem before?

thanks

and use resistor when you ground the wire to wake up the ecu maby you have to try again to wake up ecu cause it has to be the timing correct not fast not slow
