I'm well into mechanics, but quite newbie regarding ECU's-

Back in the Summer got a older Citroen Xsara Picasso, all fixed and repaired now and made roadworthy again.

Now I have a car, BUT don't have the security code card.
When I bought it the seller showed me a Citroen card (badge and all).
But just a few days ago when trying to program keys (just have one).
I discovered the card is NOT the security card, rather a "Veihjelp" (road assistance) card... :thumbdown: :sick: :oops:

Well I got fulled on that, so went to the only Citroen dealer in this region.
Which was less than helpful supplying the code, but would gladly supply me with a new key in exchange for an "arm and a leg". :wave:
So here I am :D
