I speak a little English.

Citroen C4 1.6 HDi 110Le

WinOLS( PSA EDC16C34).zip

Big intercooler, V6 3.0 water cooler, GT1852 hybrid turbo, +3.0bar MAP sensor, EGR-FAP off, raised head gasket.

The chip is under continuous preparation.

Measured data:

4000rpm 1250mg airmass 85mg fuel quantity +2.0bar turbo pressure.

Oil pressure 6bar, exhaust temperature max 700°C

This is the default setting. the default value for the idle 2.9 bar.

Renault 1.9dci measured. 2.0 bar at idle hot. Raised speed 6.0bar

You can lower IAT a lot by using cold air intake. Having an air filter behind an engine cooler raises IAT temperatures and lowers MAF at the same turbo boost...

I do need some more pictures of the installment and fabricated boostpipes if possible :lol:
accidently I just placed my BMC CDA airfilter in pretty much the same location today, after years of having it behind the engine, I just felt like changing it ;)
Cuurently rebuilding one of these with a gt1752v, 110 injectors with bmw 325d nozzles and an audi 2.7tdi fuelpump...
still trying too find a suitable mapsensor, as I wanted to keep the factory pipework, but will nearly be impossible...
