I am intrested in how this works, is it a readout from some canbus definitions or are the A2l files made by reverseengenering or the developers from the specific car manufacturer? While opening some of mine A2l files using the A2l-edit demo version it gives me a lot of faultmessages and shows up nothing, bad files i guess? Since i have been searching the internet in about 3 years and have not found any damos to the specific car that i want to edit i start to wonder how the A2l files are created. If the info resists in the canbus and can be readout by some tool i am intrested to where to buy it and at what cost? Actually the cost is a minor thing, it is so frustating to not be able to find a damos for my car that i am willing to pay good money for a solution. And if you still are reading this it is a renault sirius 32n ecu that is mounted in the -00 Renault clio sport 2.0 l 16v i am trying to find. I have create mappack for this ecu and have the adresses for fuelmaps, ignition, idle, camshift rev limits and the correct values for the ignition and so on, yet i want to know how to find the defenition of the size of the maps, the axes lenth definition. As from start it have the size of the mainmaps as 9X20 (180 points) I want to change this to 12X15 (still 180 points) to get more points at the load axel to edit while turboconverting the car.

Yes, i can get a car with turbo allready, but that is not the same thing, the main reason i do this is to understand how things work.
Find out that the only thing that you are limited by is the thaughts in your head and not the actual electronics. The limits are all in your head. Everything can be edited and changed.

So if you have read this and have a bone to throw me, ill be o so ever happy.
